We are a family owned and operated business located in the Springfield Historic District just north of downtown Jacksonville, Florida. It all started one Christmas with cookies for a party. Everyone loved them and said that we should sell them. Here we are a few years later with our own business.
We have been in the restaurant business for over 30 plus combined years. Having worked in many different positions within restaurants, we now have our own business baking. Although more like fine art, our cookies are delicious. We worked on perfecting the recipe for over a year, just the right balance of flavors on a not-too-sweet cookie. We work out of a commercial kitchen rather than a traditional brick and mortar store to keep our costs low. We are insured and licensed to sell to consumers and to businesses for resale, including being able to ship our cookies.
